License expired?

I just tried using Simlab Composer and it starts up with the license dialog and it says the license file is not valid.
This is the professional license I got for the 2.2 version back in november.
Is it supposed to do that?

If this a license for version 2.2 of the same edition you are using?
Did you make changes to your PC?
Please send to license@simlab-soft.com and we will make sure that you have a working license.

No I didn't make any changes to my computer or uninstall or reinstall Simlab, it worked fine a few days ago.
Could I have messed up something when I sent the request last time?

I again have the same problem. It says the license is not valid.
I think I can see a pattern here. I just opened up the computer to clean it because it was getting very hot when rendering around 83-85C. I removed the CPU cooler and the power supply unit cleaned them and put them back no new parts. I think I got the same problem the last time I cleaned my PC.

In another strange turn of events now Simlab works....it doesn't ask for the license anymore. I haven't installed or uninstalled it or other apps in the meantime and I also didn't reboot the pc since the last time it didn't work.

Now I'm not sure if it's from cleaning the computer or not. In February when I had the same problem I realised Simlab didn't work about a week after the cleaning because I hadn't opened it at all that week.

Can the Mac address change if some component in the power supply is faulty or the CPU?

That explains it. I have an USB Wireless network adapter and I had disconnected it when I opened the PC and I only put it back much later after I finished cleaning.

If this is an issue, then my advice to you is to disconnect the USB network.
Send us the hardware key without the USB network
The license will work weather the USB network is connect or not

I think it's ok, I rarely unplug it. I hope to upgrade my pc sometime soon anyway so I'll remember to unplug the adapter when sending for the license then.
