Unable to convert into 3D PDF

Good day to all!

There is a problem during file conversion from Rhino to 3D PDF. The data was not able to be view in 3D PDF and it appear
blank. I had tried on other 3D model data, and it happened just fine. I wonder what is the problem occur for this file since beginning it able to be converted and viewed. After few times modification on model data and now it is unable to convert and view in 3D PDF.

Any help from Simlab user is appreciated!

This seems to be a file specific issue, can you share the file with us so we can check it for you.

Sure !

File start with 05= only line appeared
File start with 10= it empty inside

The file is in PDF format.

Can you please point what is wrong with it.

Can you share the rhino models (*.3dm) with support@simlab-soft.com

They can check the reason why you are getting this in the second file, the second 3D PDF is empty, but the Rhino file will tell us why it is empty

There is a JPEG file attach is the file that I could not open but it appear line only.
