Plugin failed to start

I've tried to use SolidWorks_GLTF_Exporter_7.0 for a first time, but after I tried to launch the plugin I have the error monit as below. What can I do?

It is a Windows 10 with all latest updates and Solidworks 2016 SP5

Thank you for resolving the issue. Now the plugin opens as it should but when I convert the file to GLTF or GLB it doesn't opens either in 3D Paint or 3D Builder or Facebook. All the mentioned programs returned errors in files.

EDIT: When I removed all the appearances and exported the file again it started to work in 3D Paint and 3D Builder but still cannot upload it on Facebook
